  • Enable participants to apply their knowledge by analyzing measurement criteria and evidence through practical case studies, enhancing their ability to implement and assess compliance effectively.

Learning Outcome:

On completion of this course, each delegate will be able to have awareness on:

  • Identify and interpret Code Requirements: interpret the code requirements for each pillar, including labor standards, health and safety protocols, environmental assessments, and business ethics principles.
  • To understand the types of evidence examined and the audit questions pertinent to each code requirement.
  • Implement best practices to align organizational policies and procedures with SMETA requirements and effectively evaluate internal processes and suppliers to ensure compliance with ethical standards.
