Description
Objectives:
This 2-day course is designed to impart participants with the necessary knowledge and techniques to implement the entire 1st party or internal audit activities adopting the PDCA Approach. While there is no specific requirements or procedure from RBA Operation and VAP operation manual pertaining to Internal Audit approach, the widely used and recognised ISO19011 Auditing Standard is strongly recommended to be adopted on how to manage the RBA Self Audit process (as required by the newly embedded management system under M4 Performance review and Continuous improvement) effectively.
On the other hand, one of the key inputs for effective audit planning & coverage is the output of the Risk Assessment Process. Various types of risks can be identified from the current ISO management system using a similar risk management model. Successful audit planning taking into consideration high risk areas will ensure an effective audit output for continuous improvement. The ISO19011 auditing guidance which is widely used in various ISO standards will cover Audit Planning, Conducting Audit, Reporting and Follow Up/Closure aligned well with the latest embedded RBA management system requirement.
Only through a self-internal audit process then only Organization will be able to gage/measure the extend of System Implementation in meeting the RBA elements and requirement as well as related legal and regulatory requirements.
