RM1,400.00

SKU SESG02-1-1 Category:

Measurement System Analysis (MSA) is the complete study of the measurement system to determine and understand the sources of variation that can influence the results measured or produced by the measurement system. Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) is a structured approach to ensure that customer requirements are understood, and the manufacturing processes have the potential to produce parts that meet the customer’s requirements during actual production.

This training module is based on the latest version of AIAG 4th Edition MSA and AIAG 4th Edition PPAP reference manuals. Hence, the contents meet the core tools requirement for IATF 16949 Standard.

Objectives:

  • Understanding of the MSA concepts and PPAP requirements.
  • Evaluation of MSA results in compliance to the industrial or customer requirements.
  • Incorporate MSA and PPAP as part of the quality management system.

Learning Outcome:

Upon completion of the training, delegates will have the basic knowledge and/or skill on:

  • Explain the fundamental principles of Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and the key elements of the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
